Debit Card Fraud

If you encounter a suspicious email or website that says it’s from Empire National Bank, do not respond to it or click any links.

What to do?

Never open attachments, click on links, or respond to emails from suspicious or unknown senders. If you receive a suspicious email that appears to be from Empire National Bank, forward the email to security@empirenb.com.

What is a phishing?

The act of sending email that falsely claims to be from a legitimate organization. This is usually combined with a threat or request for information: for example, that an account will close, a balance is due, or information is missing from an account.

If you have any questions or concerns about fraudulent emails or phishing, please call 631-348-4444 and you’ll be connected with an Empire National Bank Security Officer.
